3. Entity Formation and Filings
For services involving business formation or state filings:
Accuracy of Information: The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information provided to Legacy Initiatives Business Solutions, Inc. for the purpose of preparing and filing documents.
Filing Fees: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, government filing fees are separate from our service fees and are the responsibility of the client.
Processing Times: Any estimated timeframes for government filings are estimates only. Legacy Initiatives Business Solutions, Inc. cannot guarantee specific processing times by state or federal agencies.
